Stacie Jackson

Stacie Jackson, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM – CP, MBA, serves as the compensation expert on the Valliant Team. She provides knowledge and insight into market conditions and is responsible for building best-in-class compensation systems to support long-term success. Stacie brings 15 years of experience in human resources and compensation. She has led major compensation initiatives for tribal and county governments, non-profit organizations, hospitality services, higher education institutions, healthcare centers, and a global Fortune 500 company. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has taught college courses in Human Resources to undergraduate students at the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Business, one of the elite 6% of business schools worldwide to hold AACSB accreditation. She is a skilled educator and presenter who focuses on passing on her compensation expertise so our clients can understand, adopt, and maintain effective compensation systems moving forward.
