Kim DeFilippis

Kim DeFilippis, Project Director, SPHR⁰¹, THRP, leads all project management client relations initiatives. She maintains project schedules according to established timeframes, manages communications, and oversees quality control on all Valliant projects. Kim has over 23 years of experience in management and human resources and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from the University of New Mexico. In her leadership roles with Sprint, Hospital Services Corporation, Intuit, Jacobs Engineering, and Albuquerque Publishing Company, Kim has assisted organizations in ensuring equitable and effective staffing levels, employee development and succession, and effective compensation and benefits. She has a wide variety of experience working with multiple sizes of organizations in a variety of industries and managing intricate and delicate matters to arrive at effective management solutions.
