Kelly Steingreaber

Kelly Steingreaber, THRP07, is Valliant’s Vice President & Consultant, with over 25 years of experience in management and HR, and holds a BS from Purdue University.  She has been with Valliant since 1997, specializing in assisting organizations with their HR-related projects and programs that include compensation, performance management, policy and procedure development, and HR process improvement. During her career, she has been instrumental in working with organizations to create and implement successful HR programs that include conducting market analysis and implementing market-based compensation plans. She has served a wide client base across numerous industries. As the leader of Valliant’s operations, she oversees/manages the daily activities with an intense focus on the systems and procedures required to accomplish Valliant’s vision, mission and goals.
